Classic Scone Recipe (Any flavor!)

A classic for brunch, high tea or simply a mid-morning coffee break, scones are always a tasty treat. This scone recipe is easily customizable, like the Orange Raspberry ones below, or design your own flavor combination using my perfected scones recipe. These better-than-the-bakery scones are flaky, flavorful, and moist with crisp, crumbly edges. I've even adapted the recipe to include the use of your sourdough discard or starter!
